Account Issues (Login/Password/Profile)

I forgot my user name

You can find your user name in the following places:

  • In the weekly marketing emails
  • In a registration confirmation/instruction email
  • In the email you received when you created your online account

I forgot my password

From the login page, click on Reset Password to be sent an email with a link to reset your password. To receive the email, you must enter the correct user name. The reset link will go to the email address in your website account.

I have changed jobs and my website account is linked to my previous employer

You do not need to create a new account; your CPE record belongs to you, not your employer!

  • If you are able to log in to your account, you can remove your company affiliation and change your mailing address, email address, and phone number (click on your name in the top right-hand corner to go to your account/My Profile page).
  • If you do not know your user name or password, we can fix it for you.
  • If you want to be linked to a new company, we have to do this for you.

Registering for a class

I have a credit and want to sign up for a class

NEW IN 2023: When you pick out the seminar(s) you want to take, you can log in to your account, add the seminar(s) to your shopping cart, and check out -- your credits will be used automatically.

I have a pass but my account doesn't recognize it

You may have created a duplicate account on the website, perhaps by searching using your home zip code instead of your firm’s main office, or using a different version of your name. You can try again to create an account that links to your pass record, or we can fix it for you.

I want to transfer from one class to another

Currently, this functionality is not available online. You will need to contact us for assistance.

I need to cancel a class

If you DO NOT have a pass, we have to do this for you.

If you DO have a pass, you can cancel a registration yourself:

  1. Log in to your website account.
  2. Go to your My Profile page (click on your name in the top right-hand corner).
  3. Scroll down to Your Registration History.
  4. Click on Details to the left of the name of the class you want to cancel.
  5. Scroll down and click on the green Cancel This Reservation button.
